2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders. Every order implies the implicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 The minimum age to place orders with us is 18 years. If You have not reached the age of 18 yet, We kindly request you to ask your parents or legal guardian to place the order. If We notice an order is being placed by a minor, We retain the right to refuse this order.

2.3 You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

2.4 A breach or violation of any of the Terms and Conditions will result in an immediate termination of our services to You.

2.5 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Placing your order

3.1 When You place your order, You will receive a web order number.

3.2 By placing an order, You make an offer to us to purchase the products You have selected accepting these Terms and Conditions. We may not accept your offer at our discretion.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order You place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

3.4 In the event that We make a change to or cancel an order, We may attempt to notify you by contacting by e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3.5 In case We accept your order, We will notify you by sending you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is binding the moment We send it to you.

3.6 We shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of the unavailability of an item.

3.7 In case of late payment by the Customer or problems with previous orders We have the right to dissolve the contract.

3.8 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that We can complete your transactions and contact You as needed.

4. Price

4.1 Our prices are mentioned in Euro. These prices always include VAT and exclude shipping costs (and if applicable, exclude handling costs) unless mentioned otherwise.

4.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change.

5. Products

5.1 The products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

5.2 MMIQ guarantees that its products will match your order and will satisfy your normal expectations given the specifications of the product.

5.3 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the Website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We can also not be held liable for any technical data given to us by the producer of delivery company.

5.4 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

5.5 If the products shows an hidden defect, the Customer needs to inform MMIQ within 14 calendar days as from the moment of discovery of the hidden defect. Complaint needs in any case need to be notified within 1 month as from the date of delivery. Notification needs to be filed with a registered letter with confirmation of receipt to MMIQ BVBA – Ryckmansstraat 9 2020 Antwerp Belgium.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment can be done in any of the manners specified on the Website.

6.2 We stay the owner of the goods until You have paid them completely. Goods will therefore only be shipped after payment of the price mentioned on the Website

7. Right of renunciation

7.1 The Customer has the right to, within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, to inform MMIQ by written notification that he/she wants to return the product.

7.2 The product must be returned, together with the original proof of purchase, in the original package and unused, undamaged and in the same condition as you received them back to us. Once the returned product is received and inspected, MMIQ will send an email to the Customer to notify of the approval or rejection of the refund.

7.3  MMIQ recommends using a courier when returning goods in order to allow tracking of the shipment. MMIQ will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of those products that have been lost, stolen or damaged. The direct costs (like shipping costs) are on behalf of the Customer.

7.4 The refund will be made, if approved by MMIQ, within 30 days of receipt of the return by MMIQ provided that all the conditions as described above are strictly met. The amount reimbursed will in any case never exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer.

8. Delivery

8.1 We will deliver the products which are indicated on your order confirmation. MMIQ can, in no way, be held responsible for errors made by the Customer concerning the delivery or billing address and for eventual late deliveries or the impossibility to deliver the products ordered, due to that mistake.

8.2 Customer needs to sign a note of acceptance at the moment of delivery of the products. The Customer needs to keep this proof of delivery / acceptance in case of future disputes in this respect.

8.3  As from the delivery of the products at the address mentioned on the order confirmation, the title to and risk of loss of these products will pass on to the Customer. As from that moment the Customer holds the risk of loss and / or damage of the products.

8.4 When a product is in stock and unless mentioned differently on the website, it shall be delivered to your delivery address within 3 to 5 workdays. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding.

8.5 Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday until Friday (except on holidays).

8.6  If a product is not in stock, the Customer will be notified with by mail. In case the Customer doesn’t agree with the delay, the order can be cancelled within 7 calendar days as from the date of notification. The price for the cancelled order will be refunded.

8.7 If We are not able to deliver within the agreed time, You will be notified before the delivery term expires. If We fail to deliver within the agreed time, You can decide to cancel your order and You will be refunded within 30 days after cancellation.

8.8 We cannot be held responsible for consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service that We use.

10. Liability

10.1 In case of “force majeure”, MMIQ is not obliged to fulfil its obligations. In that case MMIQ can suspend its obligations during these events or can definitively dissolve the arrangement. Force majeure is every circumstance beyond our control that prevents the fulfilment of our obligations, either partially or entirely. Force majeure can be seen as: strikes, fire, business interruption, energy interruption, interruptions in (telecommunication-) network or connection or used communication systems and/or the malfunction of our website, late or non-delivery of the suppliers or other engaged third parties.

10.2 MMIQ has the right to, with or without notification, change or stop the Website completely or partially. If so MMIQ can not be held liable for change, suspension or cancellation of its services. MMIQ will however still perform all current contracts / orders in accordance to the Terms and Conditions.

10.3 MMIQ can not be held liable for suspension or termination of your access to the Website. If so, MMIQ will still perform all current contracts / orders in accordance to the Terms and Conditions.

10.4 MMIQ can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage to the Customer.

10.5 MMIQ can not be held liable if information made available on this Website is not accurate, complete or current. The material on the Website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions

In case you do have complaints about our services, do not hesitate to contact MMIQ via info@bilishop.be. We will do everything in our power to treat your complaint within 7 workdays.

14. Governing Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Antwerp courts.
